Max Verstappen won his sixth consecutive Formula One race as the 2023 British Grand Prix delivered the drama and excitement in equal measure.
Starting from pole position at Silverstone, the Dutchman originally squandered the lead of the race off the line to McLaren's Lando Norris before reassuming it and claiming the chequered flag.
Norris himself came home in P2 - his joint-best ever result in the sport - whilst fellow home favourite Lewis Hamilton rounded out the podium positions.
The British drivers McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri finished in P4, his best result to date as he continues to impress during his rookie campaign.
