The WNBA's 27th season tips off Friday night with an excellent four-game slate featuring the new-look Liberty taking on the Mystics at 8 p.m. ET (NBA TV), the Sun going on the road to play the Fever and No. 1 overall pick Aliyah Boston, and finally Brittney Griner and the Mercury facing the Sparks at 11 p.m. ET on ESPN.

With so many great players taking the floor tonight, WNBA fans might be looking to get in on the action by betting on their favorite players' props. This is where SuperDraft comes into play.

On SuperDraft, bettors can pick an over/under on two or more player props. If you hit both, you win up to 3X the amount wagered, and the return increases each time you add another prop. Think of it as a "Same Game Parlay." More legs equal more risk, but also a bigger potential payout. However, not all players have the same props, so keep that in mind as you pick your over/under plays and try to win some cash during the first night of WNBA regular season action.

Best WNBA prop bets today: SuperDraft player prop picks for Friday 5/19

* Entry -four picks (10X) potential payout if all four legs parlayed*

1. Brionna Jones, F, Sun @ Fever - OVER 15.5 points

Jones will have an expanded role this season as a starter for the Sun after the team shockingly traded former league MVP Jonquel Jones to the Liberty. Last season, the two-time All-Star won Sixth Woman of the Year after winning the Most Improved Player award in 2021. The 26-year-old forward averaged 13.8 points and 5.1 rebounds in 25.1 minutes per game last season and played well on both ends of the floor, posting an ORtg of 125 and DRtg of 99.

Jones averaged 11 points and six rebounds in the preseason, but we can't put too much stock into that, as she only played 19 minutes per game. Jones will be one of the top-three scoring options for new head coach Stephanie White, and with the Fever worrying about DeWanna Bonner and the playmaking of Alyssa Thomas, Jones could have numerous scoring opportunities against a young Indiana frontcourt. Last season as a starter under former head coach Curt Miller, Jones recorded 15 points and six rebounds per game (seven games).

2. Sabrina Ionescu, G, Liberty @ Mystics - OVER 6 assists

With the Liberty having Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones in the starting lineup, it should make life easier for Ionescu, who had a solid 2022. The former top-overall pick averaged 17.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game.

Last year, Ionescu had 21 games with at least five assists and produced 5.3 assists per game in three games against the Mystics. Having Jones and Stewart in the frontcourt, along with Betnijah Laney and Courtney Vandersloot on the perimeter, should give Ionescu plenty of assist opportunities tonight in a good matchup between two veteran-led squads.

3. Kayla McBride, G, Lynx vs. Sky - OVER 15 points

The Sky and Lynx will open the regular season after facing each other in the preseason last week in the WNBA's Canada Game. The Sky will focus much of their attention on forward Napheesa Collier tonight as Chicago tries to find replacements for Candace Parker and Azura Stevens. If Collier gets going, it could open up things for McBride.

In last week's preseason contest against the Sky, McBride scored 13 points on 4-of-9 shooting from the field and 3-of-6 from three-point range in 28 minutes. When McBuckets is locked in from beyond the arc, it's not a good night for the opposition. Last season against Chicago, McBride averaged 15 points per game and shot 55.6 percent from the field and 40 percent from deep (two games).

4. Brittney Griner, C, Mercury @ Sparks - OVER 15.5 points

For our final pick, we will take Griner OVER 15.5 points, which is the current special that SuperDraft is running for opening night. The seven-time All-Star center will be playing in her first WNBA since Game 4 of the 2021 WNBA Finals after being detained in Russia for 10 months. Griner returned to the floor in the preseason against the Sparks, posting 10 points and three rebounds in 17 minutes.

With the regular season beginning tonight, we should see Griner play more, as the Mercury will lean on her and Diana Taurasi as the top two scoring options. The Sparks have a solid veteran frontcourt led by Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike, but Griner should still get her points and easy baskets.
