Al Nassr team news vs Alverca

Castro has named a strong squad to travel to Portugal and he is expected to rotate his options for the four games played in the Algarve this month.

The new boss will be using the camp to assess his options ahead of the new season, but Ronaldo and new signing Marcelo Brozovic appear unlikely to feature in the first game of the mini-tour.

Both Ronaldo and Brozovic played for their national sides in the June international window, and have been granted an additional break, with Ronaldo appearing to be working on his own personalised fitness plan as part of his squad return.

Where do Alverca play? Details on Portuguese hosts

Alverca will be Al Nassr's first preseason opponent in their Algrave training camp, ahead of facing Farense, Benfica and Celta Vigo, before flying to Japan to take on PSG and Inter Milan.

The team, based on the outskirts of Lisbon, were re-formed in 2006 following a financial collapse, and have risen through the regional football pyramid back to the third tier of Portuguese football (Liga 3).

Home games are played at the Complexo Desportivo FC Alverca, however, due to it's low capacity, the club have agreed to move the Al Nassr friendly to the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira, around 266km south.
