With eight wins at the British Grand Prix to his name already during his glittering Formula One career, home favourite Lewis Hamilton will be hoping to provide a shock at Silverstone this weekend with his Mercedes team.

In order to do that, he'll have to get the better of old foe Max Verstappen though, who remains in stunning form for Red Bull thanks to his run of five consecutive victories in the sport following his latest success in Austria last weekend.

Those two famously came to blows at Silverstone when the Dutchman suffered a huge crash back in 2021 on his way to winning the first of his two World Drivers' Championships.

He's on course for a third in succession this year as he keeps a stranglehold at the top of the current standings, ahead of teammate Sergio Perez and Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso.

For the race's start time this weekend and all the TV channel and streaming information you'll need, The Sporting News has you covered.
