A new champion will be crowned while various titles will be on the line as WWE returns to Saudi Arabia for Night of Champions on May 27.
The event takes place inside the Jeddah Super Dome in Saudi Arabia. It is a continuation of WWE's partnership with General Sports Authority, which started in 2018.
One of the top matches will be Seth "Freakin" Rollins vs. AJ Styles in a tournament final for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. Triple H unveiled the new title after Roman Reigns, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, was drafted to SmackDown in the WWE Draft. In a tournament, Rollins beat Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura in the first round and Finn Balor in the semifinals. Styles beat Edge and Rey Mysterio in the first round and Bobby Lashley in the semifinals.
Another title fight on the card features Reigns and Solo Sikoa challenging Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles. The Usos, who lost the titles against Owens and Zayn at WrestleMania, were left out of a title opportunity by Paul Heyman.

This is Zayn's first time competing in a Saudi Arabia WWE event since 2014, following restored relations between the country and Syria.
At Backlash, Cody Rhodes beat Brock Lesnar via rollup. The two will compete in a rematch at Night of Champions. Joining that match will be Gunther vs. Mustafa Ali for the WWE Intercontinental Title and Bianca Belair vs. Asuka in a rematch for the WWE RAW Women's Title.
